We are now looking for a Sales and Project Support Employee

Do you have construction knowledge and want to develop in sales and project support?

We offer a varied and technically oriented role where you become a key player in our customer projects. You will have a central position where you support sales, drive projects forward, and ensure that technical solutions are correct from the start. The role combines technology, communication, and structure – with great opportunities to make an impact.

In this role, you will work closely with our salespeople and project managers and be involved throughout the entire process – from quotation to delivery. You will develop technical solution proposals, drawings, and documentation, as well as follow up on project progress. You will work closely with customers, the sales organization, and production. The role has many points of contact, and you will ensure that requirements, conditions, and changes are communicated clearly among all parties.

Your main tasks will include:

• Support in sales work with technical expertise, calculations, and construction solutions
• Updating drawings, technical documentation, and production-adapted solutions
• Support, coordination, and communication of technical requirements, delivery times, and changes
• Participating in customer dialogues, follow-ups, and technical reviews
• Contributing to the development and standardization of solutions, products, and processes
• Documentation of technical solutions
• Contributing to improvement work and product development

We believe you have a technical background and thrive in a role where you can combine construction with collaboration and customer focus. You are structured, solution-oriented, and can easily communicate technical issues clearly.

Your profile:

• Experience in construction, drawing work, and technical documentation
• Good understanding of mechanical manufacturing, welded, and machined products
• Experience working closely with production and/or sales
• Familiarity with CAD systems
• Technical education in construction, production technology, or equivalent

As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, and enjoy having many points of contact. You like to work both independently and in teams, and you are happy to contribute to the development of working methods and processes.
